硕/博阶段师从于李言荣院士/熊杰长江学者特聘教授,致力于研究光电转化器件并设计功能化集成系统。立足工学,探索与物理学、材料学、电子科学与以及计算机科学方向的交叉,努力实现钙钛矿及其他新兴半导体基器件的应用,并实现原型机的构建。在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Light: Science & Applications、Science Bulletin等著名国际刊物共发表SCI论文37篇,其中IF>10.0的论文27篇。2篇论文被选为Adv. Mater.等期刊的封面。论文累积引用1700余次,单篇最高他引500余次,5篇论文的引用超过100次,2篇入选ESI高引论文,H因子16。申请发明专利共计13项,授权10项。获得江苏省双创博士,苏州大学校优秀青年学者,中国电子教育学会优秀博士论文,主持并结题四川省科技支撑计划一项,在研主持国家/江苏省自然科学基金各一项。
